June 26: Apparently a remake of (1978) Convoy is in the works. So far the screen writers are: Art Marcum and Matt Holloway and the lead role is: Ray Stevenson
*Note: (This might still be the Iraq Convoy Project shortened to the word Convoy)
June 09: New YouTube Video (From Dan Bruno, who from financial scratch RE-CREATED a Real Rubber Duck Tanker Truck.) This is an awesome road video.
May 12: Check out the NEW YouTube Video: The Mark and David Movie Review "Cloverfield". (Everyone will get to see/hear me for the first time ever on YouTube and my friend Mark Hromisin discuss the movie/dvd "Cloverfield". Though the video is crystal clear we had poor room lighting. We will improve on that in next edition) The video and future movie reviews will be seen on the Movie Review page..

* (Apparently and Mr. Deeley correct me if I'm wrong) Convoy Producer Michael Deeley's book "Don't Shoot the Producer" has changed to
"My Life in Cult Movies" which also is only available in the UK as of October 2008.
April 15: Comcast On Demand Free Movies: My Review of Convoy. You know me I had to watch it, I was more curious to make sure it was the full version (meaning including the on the road truck interviews with Chuck Arnoldi-which it did), which it was. I did notice some film release chanes and I mean 21st century not 1978. The movie's release credits included the newest CGI United Logo which I saw in the ShowTime broadcast. The EMI Presents was included. Though majority of movie was in full screen ratio not widescreen box. But the ending credits were in widescreen box.
April 14: For those that have Comcast Cable with Digitial On Demand The Free movie channel, (mine is Ch. 298 in Northeast PA) added Convoy to it's list on April 11. It is available thru June 19.
November 30: I was contacted by an Independent film Producer/Director Nick Robespierre & Ryan Iverson whom are working on a documentary on Truckers in the Movies. They interviewed me on camera on January 8, 2008 asking me my views of Convoy the movie and a look at my movie memorabilia.
