January 5: Bill Fries aka C.W. McCall is among 24 IOWA natives that will be inducted in the 2009 IOWA Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The honorees will be honored
at the 2009 Hall of Fame Induction Spectacular slated to take place on Sept. 5-6 in Arnolds Park, IA.

September 15: Convoy Theatrical Trailer (Sorta re done with original song). Actually far better than German narrated version.
September 02: R.I.P: Jerry Reed (A great country singer, great respect for his music from Smokey and the Bandit soundtracks.) I think if C.W. McCall's music had been used as much as Jerry Reed's was used, Convoy would have had far equal success in 1978.
